From the outside this property looks good, however once in the room the high standard of the outside falls crashing the costumer to the realization that there are vast presents of roches, the dust and food particles on the floor made walking with out shoes a health hazard and to top it off during the night there is a steady rhythmic drop of water should that emanate from the upper wall on the bed frame. I didn't look like the property the staff wasn't good with cleaning and one of the maintenance crew scratch my boyfriend car and the manager didn't want to pull up the camera showing it and make up an excuse she said she was going to call him when they system come back up it came back up and she never called and left for today too much noise slamming doors and someone outside was playing with they car alarm won't stay here again.

The room :-( Room was not cool Only one bath towel no wash cloth called front desk to get more towels Office was closed R E A L L Y !!!! ..... due to construction in the walkway to get to my room... had to enter in side delivery door carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs UNBELIEVABLE

Oh boy Dirty grimy floors that had not been mopped for a long time (socks filthy in a matter of minutes), bathtub grim built up around the tub, along with hair in the tub. Muck on the walls near the bed. Beds lumpy / lopsided beds and one flat pillow per guest. Stands of hair in the beds, we are sure the sheets were not fresh- we were worried about bed bugs but thankfully that did not happen. Not Too Good Needed a quick stop in 100 degree heat. Found this one close to Charleston and decided to stay. One word for this hotel”Spartan” Worn out bed, creaking and popping springs, looked like someone was punching the fridge, large gash marks, hair in shower, uncomfortable minimal furniture. No staff other than single woman at front desk. AGGRESSIVE PANHANDLERS ROAMING PARKING LOT. The outside looks very nice but the inside had odor- floors were gross. Bed was uncomfortable. Rap music blaring with no consideration of others. The atmosphere was sketchy to say the least.

I tried to cancel and was told I was too late and I understand. Once me and my family entered the hotel a horrible stench mask the entire 1st and 2nd floor. We figured since only For one night we’ll just deal with it. Once we get into room the bed sheets have hairs all over them dirt in them as well. As we’re leaving now the stench is on the second floor as well. I will be taking the charges up with my bank as conditions were not great at all. Michael Kirby

Check into the room it was still dirty food in places it shouldn’t be could feel dirt on the floor with shoes on. Stayed long enough to find another hotel after paying $700 for nine days. Was there no longer then 20min

Dirty, nasty place. On check in there were several people being let in & out without across cards.
