The staff were really friendly and did their best, but it is a sketchy scene. When we showed up, there was a drug bust going on, and several other incidents over the course of our stay led us to believe that there was a lot of weird stuff going on at the hotel. The rooms are kind of dingy and run-down. Again, the staff was so sweet, but I did not feel comfortable staying there with my kids.

Given a smoking room instead of non smoking was full of ash on tables.walked out shortly after checking in at 11pm to another hotel.Called for refund hotel says they don't guarantee non smoking.really!

Customer service at the hotel was horrible and did not have regular hotel accommodations for resident to use (ex. Iron)

Hotel from hell Stay far away from this hotel. Services are non-existent. The guys in the front desk are always angry. They wouldn't even acknowledge your presence. They don't clean the rooms. When I enquire, I was told the rooms are cleaned in every two weeks. Drug addicts are always hanging around. I will not even recommend this hotel for my worst enemy.

Find somewhere else. Didn’t look/feel like the safest area...common areas smelled like stale smoke. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so we could check in. The room was dingy. Raggedy beds with crappy linens and flat pillows. The AC cut on and off every 10 minutes. We didn’t have a shower curtain! Called the front desk, and after ringing a million times, an off-site dispatcher answered. Dirty The lady at the desk was nice that's the only plus about this hotel we went in got up to our room it was dirty the Bed Had hair on it. It had dirt on it and I was not staying there. Took a picture of the mess went downstairs show the lady and she did refund our money.

Hotel is located in a drug infested neighborhood. The entire building smells like a cigarette factory with blood stain sheets. The manager had an attitude because I. Wanted to check out.
