Gross Place This is one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed at. The room is filthy and smells like urine. There were no sheets, pillows or blankets for the pull out sofa. The kitchen counter top was never wiped from the previous guest and it was sticky and filthy. There was excessive dust in the room and the carpets had burn marks in them. The bathtub was excessively stained. The blanket in the bed had pieces of dirt on it. I paid $109 through Hotels.com and the cost at the counter would have only been $77. What a... read more

Never Stay Terrible experience. 1. No elevator, I'm 79 yrs. old, had to use stairs. 2. No Ice Machine, no cont. breakfast, no close by food. 3. No kitchen items: plates, cups, utensils, bowls, etc., 4. offered ice trays and hot plate for instant coffee. 5. No TV remote in room, desk could not find one. 6, Squeaking noise from ceiling.

No room. No stay. Card charged. I did not stay at all. I got there and there were no rooms available. I booked the room 10mons before arriving at the property and the booking was confirmed, so I was sure I had a room and was highly disappointed when I found out I didnt. To add matters worse, they charged my card for a stay/services I did not receive. Completely unacceptable. I hold hotels.com completely responsible.

I will never stay again saw a roach and all ppl hanging in hall way.
