Horrible stay at extended stay America The hotel room smelled horrible of mildew and stale cigarette smoke. In fact the entire facility reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no elevator the room didn’t look to clean. The stove top burners were rusted and the oven was coated and burnt inside. There was black mold around the showers/tub cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink. The pull out sofa bed was stained up and had burn marks on the arms. Very unkept and unprofessional I actually book the room for myself and an out of town friend. Upon our arrival, (which is around 12:30 am) we step out of the car only to hear a girl on the phone prompting another girl to come up there and get A** kicked. There was a phone on there was a phone out side to call for the front desk and no one came to attend to us for about 4 min. Girl was really nice.
