Ppl work at front desk , they told me they don t have room and after that I went online and there was plenty available

Will not be back Won't be back. Rude staff, run down hotel. We paid for two nights and ended up staying for one night because of the service/condition of the hotel. Toilet was stuck and i was offered a plunger to fix it because the front desk guy said he was the only one staff on site handling everything.

Do not recommend The toilet handle to flush was broken off , and the pipes from the sink were making loud noises all night , i felt like the receptionist at the time was very passive aggressive about the issue

Terrible customer service No room cleaning, a "buffet breakfast" that includes dollar store energy bars and mystery muffins. The front desk is the worse though. At checkout, I was told there were no charges to my room. After finding a $26 charge on my cc, I sent them two emails asking for an explanation. Ignored. After two phone calls at least I know this was for the not-so-premium premium wifi. I have not been able to receive an itemized receipt for the WiFi charge. Stay away!
