Well upon checking in the male and female front desk staff were bad mouthing another coworker. As I am trying to check in neither gave me eye contact and spoke to me in between their own side conversation which made my check in close to 45mins!!! The worst service ever! I went to the front desk to check out and get breakfast it was 10:30am! The same female front desk staff can to the desk in her pajamas and no bra! The smell inside was terrible, the place reeked of smoke and other odd smells. The room wasn’t in good shape and all that clean. And the free breakfast only includes out meal bars of which there was only a few available. Overall, not a great experience.

The male manager is kinda rude and when my son ask for a extra chair he always act funny and never give it

Will not be staying again My room was not ready when I checked in. Literally not ready meaning I walked in and it had not been cleaned. Went to the front desk and asked for a new room only to be given the same thing. I’ve stayed here before with similar issues. The hallways smell like fast food and the rooms need work. I guess you get what you pay for. 1 night might be ok, but I can’t imagine staying here for a week or more as the name implies.

Woken up by someone smoking coming through to my room. Addressed This to staff and they informed me There was no smell. Negative experience when my neighbor at the hotel Called that in.

Horrible hotel Horrible hotel worst staff ever. TVs do not work. Called police on ne due to wanting to speak to a mgr. Nice huh?

Very loud, garbage all over the parking lot, our heat wouldn't shut off,the continuous fan button was broke, we asked for a fan but no one came. We had to go ask for hand towels and wash cloths since our room had none.
