DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! I was extremely disappointed with the standard and condition of the room. There were hairs on both bed linens, as if the sheets hadn’t even been changed. The tub was filthy and didn’t drain properly. The water came out of both the faucet and the shower when the shower was on! The shower head sprayed water everywhere and water was up to my ankles when showering. The room was not properly stocked with towels and when I went back to get more, I was given a hard time. No Vacancy Reserved a room, but was told that they didn't have any rooms available when I arrived after 10:30 PM

There were roaches. The room I stayed in was dirty and they could not get me into another room. I want to be refunded!

Would never stay here again. The kitchen in the room is very old and if you want to use dishes you have to request them. Supposed to be non smoking but while walking down the hallway there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke and also marijuana. Also the night before we checked in we were told about the police running down the hallway in the middle of the night. Would not let you check in even 2 minutes before 3 pm even though rooms are available. Totally trashy people stay at this hotel! This is supposed to be Downers Grove... read more

Dirty, rude, and robbed This hotel absolutely sucked. There was hair in the bath tub, in the sheets, dirty socks under the bathroom sink. The light fixtures were flickering in the room. The hotel staff tried to tell me my room, that booked well enough in advance was no longer available because it was "first come first serve". Even though I booked several weeks in advance.
