The hotel was dirty and questionable characters coming and going. I didn't feel safe or welcomed in the hotel.

Good location budget lodging in a good area of Downer's grove. Lots of eateries, stores, malls etc within a few minutes driving distance. Unfortunately being a budget motel (not that inexpensive either), was not a pleasant experience. For starters, had requested 2 double beds or King as an alternate, ended up with one bed. Worst ever Awful experience from the moment we arrived, terrible customer service, our room had a terrible smell and the was were dirty something resembling vomit, there was a leak in the bathroom sink Worst experience ever

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our housekeeping and front office teams since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. Disappointed in Downers Grove! When I arrived the room was cleaned but beds not made reportedly short on house keeping - all of the linen was the lobby strewn about...horrible first impression. But only got worse, guests were scarey & I found someone else's toenail on the carpet - YUCK!

unhappy customer The heat was broken and not fixed or room change till after the weekend; the manager was nice and she apologized as they are in transition of staff; she did comp me a free night, but still it was dirty and unkempt and poor working order; I was hoping for this to be better than the local red roof inn, but it was not (that's not good).
I will never stay in this Extended Stay again their rooms need to be renovated
Not good Could hear people walking, talking and TV shows all night.
Not what you'd expect Extended stay hotel with a kitchenette BUT absolutely no plates utensils or pots/pans at all. Good thing I didn't need any of it.
