Lacking in bare necessities I understood that the hotel wouldn't be the Hilton when I made reservations, but when my boyfriend and I checked in and arrived in our room, we were dumbfounded. Our bed did not have a fitted sheet on it (only a top sheet), we only had a hand towel in the bathroom (no washcloths or body towels), the vents in the bathroom were caked with dust and grime, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (thankfully we brought our own), and there was only 5 channels on the TV. Angry beyond belief about violation of person I am extremely angry about my stay. A hotel associate barged into my room after knocking only once without waiting for a response and saw my lady completely naked coming out of the shower. She felt violated and i am beyond disappointed in hotels.com association with a hotel that would have such poor and intrussive behavior. I have already filed a formal complaint with the extended stay hotel chain but however am still waiting for a response.

Their AC's doesn't work properly The AC was not working properly and when reported that the front desk staff asked to wait till the next day to get it repaired. Couldn't able to get a proper sleep.

Reservation doesn't mean reservation They gave away my room so I drove 12 hours to find out they gave away my room.

not the greatest When we went to check in they did not have the room we reserved available, so they put us in a different style room and told us to check back the next day for payment... we checked out and they attempted to charge us 100$ more than we reserved it for... they then told us we should have let "expedia" collect the money rather than the hotel if we wanted that rate. I then showed him the email from hotels.com (not expedia) that said the hotel would collect the lesser amount. It was a very big hassle and the work... read more

location convienient air condition fan too loud, coffee luke warm, getting tresh towels were like pulling teeth three trips to desk before I got some,several tv stations were fuzzy and they had dish which is usally clear

I expected better from Extended stay The room has not been vacuumed for a week . Feathers under the bed and all on the carpet. Two dirty socks were behind the dressor hair in the bathroom that smilled like mold a empty water bottle under the night stand. Some "guest" was trying to sell cheap jewery to the manager.
