There's attitude from all but 2 front desk employees , hotel is dirty! our room clean bc we keep it clean since Mar. smoking smell all over hotel while we have nonsmoking room.

Had better stays The staff was unprofessional the manager had in a head bonnet and bed clothes on. The rooms were out dated some holes in the walls that was plastered up! The bathroom had hair on the shower wall and shower handle! The dresser was broken! I will never stay here again!!

Stay Away The AC/Heat Unit did NOT work. (Unplugged/Plugged back in NOTHING) Unusually cold night and when I asked for a blanket they brought me another bed covering (not a blanket). The telephone did NOT work at all. Nice location close to home. Air conditioning and room phone were not working. Staff promised to come and assist but didn't show up.

Would rather sleep in my car From the start this place was horrendous and that's putting it lightly. The girl at the front desk took 10 minutes to even acknowledge me and then once she did it seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. Honestly seemed like they didn't have record of my reservation at all. Check in process took entirely too long. Once she got someone else to finally help her I was given my key. Worst ever ever ever Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life !!! It was so dirty, old and poorly maintained that is impossible to describe..... nobody would believe how bad it was .

NEFASTO HOTEL ¡El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado! Todo estaba sucio: la entrada al hotel, el lobby, el elevador, las habitaciones. Pedí una habitación de no fumar y la que me asignaron olía muchísimo a cigarro. La primera noche tuve que resignarme a dormir ahí porque no había otra habitación disponible.
