No Shampoo OK hotel in a logical location - but travelers take note: only bar soap provided, no shampoo/conditioner. There was also none at the front desk when I asked.
Extended Stay Downers Grove We had two rooms. Both had strange odor. Our rooms did not have soap and bathrooms were very dirty. People on the side of us were up late hours and very loud. No ice machine at hotel.

My husband didn't get a chance to check-in around the check-in time and his room was giving away. We did not get a complimentary call or notification. He works at the Jewel's down the street and was working late and needed a place nearby to lay his head after working day & night at his grand opening. Very dissatified!
not the good experience I had a smelly odor throughout the building special on my floor
smell the hotel but the service was great The most horrifying smell inside the hotel on my floor I guess the garbage was not taken out in time and was not clean in that area

Disappointed in the less-than-clean lobby and room. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and price.
Will never go back to this location I stayed at this hotel on Friday with my kids, and the first thing they notices was ants crawling on the floor....the tub was not clean......sheets dirty....thank god the front desk clerk was nice enough to move me he offer me a upgrade, but it was on the 2nd floor where the last case of bed bugs where, so I stayed on the lower level.... He was a big help, and also the morning lady who let me check in early they both we're very kind, but this hotel sucks
