Good location Room was OK but the shower didn’t work and there were no pots and pans in the room or eating utensils.

The hanover park staff was great. No complaints about the hotel or its staff. I would say some shady characters were present staying at the hotel but outside of that no issues whatsoever

Did not feel overly welcomed when I checked in. Felt like I was bothering the staff by checking in.
