I switched to 3 different rooms. The key cards didnt work. Rooms were not clean and smelled bad, and to top it off i saw a MOUSE in my room...checked out early

The first 2 rooms I was put in smelled like mold and it was hard to breathe because of the odor. The higher levels don't smell as bad but realized the entire building is falling apart and even the elevators work when they want to. The layout is also terrible! The faucet in the bathroom sink is so close to the edge you can't put your hands under it. The AC unit sits right against the side of the bed. I will never stay here again and makes me skeptical to stay at any extended stay America.

I was not pleased with my stay at all!!!! Staff was not friendly all!!!! The let out bed was very worned out uncomfortable.

Room was dingy and dirty. Disgusting. Floor and carpet were sticky I never took my shoes off. Toilet gross. Dark pubic hair all over wall of shower when I went in first time.

Horrible Experience The man at the front desk was NOT welcoming. He looked disinterested and annoyed that we were there. The first room we were given was occupied. I went to the front desk and the man was surprised and once again annoyed. We were given a new room and it was terrible. 1. Multiple stains on carpet. 2. Bad smell in room. 3. Cracked mirror. 4. Comvenient location This hotel allows smoking in rooms on the third floor. I was on the first floor and you could smell the smoke. Had i known about the smoking policy i would not have booked there. I realize the mistake was on my part when i booked the room but i took for granted that no smoking was allowed at all. Im shocked in this day and age there are still hotels that allow it. I live in St. Louis and it is banned. I had to go out and hunt down a special candle to try and illiminate the disgusting stench from the smoke... read more

It was okay When we went to our room there was no sheets on the bed and the room wasn’t even clean at all. We checked in February 16th and there was still Valentine’s Day balloons in the room... they gave us a new room and it smelled horrible. We told the lady at the desk and all she said was that her manager comes in at 3 and she will tell him .? Least to say we won’t be staying here again.

Uncomfortable and disappointing! The bed was hard as a rock. I barely slept. We were told breakfast goes until 9:30. We went to get breakfast at 8:15. There was nothing out for breakfast. We asked again if breakfast was suppose to be until 9:30. They said yes but everything they put out was already gone. I have never been to a hotel that doesn't refill breakfast items until the time breakfast is suppose to end!!
