Did not look anything like it did on website Did not have a luxury feel of extended stays that I have stayed in in the past.

No pots / utensils in the room. Had to request. One pot, couple of plates/cups, eating utensils only. No coffee maker. Tub was peeling.

Convenient location for my purpose, but a dive My check-in was fine. Courteous desk staff and quick process. Everyone I encountered who worked there was very friendly. I needed something very close to my office, so the location was perfect, and the bed was comfortable enough. However, one of the lights in the room wouldn't turn on, and the bathroom outlet didn't work, even when I tried resetting it. Too many terrible smells. Outdated furniture an unappetizing breakfast.

Bad bad bad hotel Rooms smells really bad. Everything is broken inside the room. We first got into a room where the closer door and hair dryer broken with nasty smell, complained abt it got another room where phone was broken with smoking smell in non smoking room

I Was Not Pleased At All.... Rude Staff And I Didn't Receive The Room I Had Reserved... And When I Asked Why They Were Rude So I Decided To Get My Refund And Had To Find Somewhere Else To Stay.....Which Was A Huge Inconvenience.. .Would Never Attempt To Stay Here Again

Facility maintenance issues Certain staff and managers try to be accommodating but others act very indifferent and you can tell they really do not care about their job or the guests. One morning at 6:15 the FD worker was complaining about having to make coffee and setting up the breakfast snacks. The hotel over all looks run down and needs to be freshened up.
