Nice room. Terrible service. Official check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 11:45am asking for early check in before anniversary party starting at 1pm. We were told no rooms available even though latest check out time was 11am. Arrogant desk person who looked like possible manager refused to accommodate. Hard to believe nothing was cleaned given that many guests left well before 11am. Also claimed no public restroom to change clothes for our party. After party, checked in about 8pm. It was a bed to sleep in. Pretty much sums it up! Check-in was somewhat less that the best!!

The service was very good and room was clean. The only thing is the smell is alittle strange?

Should have been a second chair in the room for the desk. Also, no ice in the freezer, and none available in the building!

A+ customer service I have stayed at this location on several occasions and while the rooms are a bit outdated, it's easy to look past it when you meet the staff. Im a pretty judgy girl when it comes to customer service, and this place gets an A++ from me. Check in is quick and painless and every person that i have ever checked in with seemed genuinely happy to help me and definitely put a smile on my face. I highly recommend this hotel and will keep coming back
