I was allotted room number 327 for which the AC was not working... and I was told it is out of order only half an hour after I called the front desk...I had to grab all my stuff go all the way down to the front desk ..get a new room ....further in the new room there were no towels and it smelt of cigrette smoke ...I have stayed at Extended Stay for quite a few times and it was good alway but this time it was too bad

Hotel staff pleasant but not very competent Upon check-in, we discovered the linen had not been changed. The blanket on the bed was not clean. We got clean linen and had to re-make the bed ourselves

Would NOT Stay Again The room looked clean until I opened the drawer. There were dirty towels that had obviously been there for a while. There was a group of people partying until at least 3 in the morning with extremely loud music.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Went to a concert at the nearby Rosemont Theater, DO NOT WALK FROM THIS HOTEL. Pretty much walking through the projects at night. The sheets were filthy with HAIR matted to them and the room smelled awful, this is bad coming from someone who doesn't mind smoke. The kitchen is disgusting and the breakfast is basically coffee and granola bars.
good for the price, no customer service This was for a conference, was a 4 night stay, so I chose extended stay. Was supposed to be a shuttle to the conference, that was not true. I found this out at check in, which really was a disappointment. Once in the room, it was clean, had a small kitchen, but nothing else. No dishes, no pots or pans, no soap or shampoo, no Kleenex, no coffeemaker. There were linens. WORST HOTEL EVER HORRIBLE. GOT LIED BY HOTEL.COM RATING. THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE. TOWELS HAD HAIR IN THEM AND NOT CLEAN. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL.
Smelled room smelled very bad needed some febreze!! When you open the door the funk hits you... No good..
