I like the fact that the room had a kitchen and was quite spacious. It was closed to many stores like Target and walking distance to AllState Arena. I did not like the fact that the areas nearby weren't kept properly clean. There was a lot of icy sidewalks nearby making walking around the area dangerous. The staff weren't overly helpful and mostly rude. The breakfast options was a let down as well. Raise for Kim!!! Kim at the front desk deserves a raise it promotion. The lady is beautiful and great as a host. She's the only reason I've been there 6 plus times
