Very nice staff member - Gayle - was incredibly nice & courteous. Very understanding that I'd had a long, really bad day & went out of her way to help. On the downside, the room was very dirty (the sheets downright gross), but there was a storm in NYC which sent everyone from the airport to hotels all over the city that night. I can imagine there was no time to check on the room to clean it, as every other place to stay nearby was sold-out.

It was extremely convenient for me. I had to attend a party shortly after work and the location was ideal. It saved me a lot of time. I would choose to stay again should a similar situation arise.

Nice, affordable, location--no--all else a yes! Very reasonable accommodations with friendly staff, clean and spacious room with full refrigerator, stove, kitchen sink and cupboards for food storage. Air conditioning and ventilation was fine and it was all but sound proof--didn't hear a single plane or our neighboring hotel guests at all. Only complaints were that the location left a lot to be desired (not the hotel's fault, by any means) just nothing right near the hotel in the way of restaurants/etc. It was close to mass ... read more
