The hotel was okay, however, there were no close restaurants or facitites to make purchases for my stay. This hotel did not have water in the vending machine and I was told there was only service to the machine once a week, this was on the weekend. Pretty sad!!

Employees need to know about customers service or at least learn to say hi n have a smile. it will be awesome almost bever in the front hote room had a big spider web. And spider in batroom also dogs baeking in hallway.

Hotel close to airport Overall stay was good, however, breakfast standard low, a lot of room for improvement. Room not cleaned daily!

A welcoming staff, a clean room, and a warm bed. I like this particular property! I've been to various location around the area like Schaumburg and Woodfield, and although they are all generally the same, this is my favorite location. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Theresa is always there and has helped out in a couple of situations. I would always come back here. Heck, I'd even be happy to represent them if given a chance! ;)
