Recommend Super quiet rooms. Very clean rooms, stairwells, halls and lobby. Elevators had a cigarette smell in them. Very friendly staff. Will definaltey stay again!

Right outside O'Hare International Thank you to Extended Stay America for allowing me an early check-in as I came in from the west coast on a red eye to attend a family funeral that morning. Was able to shower and freshen up before the service and appreciate the accommodation Extended Stay Aherica provided. Room was clean, simple, and provided the basic amenities for my short turnaround trip. Nice stay I expected a small oven in the kitchenette, but there was none, and the "fully equipped" was minimal, but overall it was a good experience. It would have been nicer if, during the record snowstorm, someone had dug out the cars instead of providing me the shovel, but that might have been too much to ask. It was a very nice place to stay.

Close to restaurants and shopping malls- good The staff was very good and customer oriented. they addressed our needs immediately. They were friendly.

I was delayed in Chicago for two days because of weather and flight cancellation. The shuttle service was excellent, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly.
