Staff was nice but the Cleaning person was not goo The room had French fries under the bed and a couple of beer top at the headboard. Apparently the cleaning person did do a good job but when I told the staff they were very understanding and did tell me that that was unacceptable and they would look into it.

Good experience Good location and facilities are acceptable but the cleaning supervisor talking very unfriendly. Breakfast not memorable, no all day front desk beverages. Airport to hotel shuttle impressive service.

Satisfactory but plan to get your own breakfast. I only stayed here one night. It is close to O'Hare and the price was right. If you're planning to stay for a long time, I assume you'd prepare your own food. BUT the listing said that there is a "continental breakfast" and there is not. There is a cart with coffee and granola bars. That's it. Those two things. There are not tables where you can sit down. Quick shuttle trip to O'Hare I live an hour away and wanted to be close to O'Hare for an early flight in the morning. I was only here for a good night's sleep and peace of mind to be close to the airport and not flighting traffic or a freak snowstorm. This place fit the bill just fine.

They redefine breakfast (and it is not good) When staying near family who live near O'Hare, we like to book at hotels that offer both free parking and free breakfast. The parking at this hotel was great, but you may want to eat out for breakfast. Instant oatmeal or a small granola bar are the ONLY options and don't fill the bill for breakfast for us. Non dairy creamer for coffee only made it worse. The room was dated but with a comfortable bed and it was clean. Wifi was available for free but was very slow.

Disappointed in Breakfast and Overall Quality I choose this hotel for the price and for the breakfast. I was disappointed when I found out the breakfast was cereal bars (but really granola bars), oatmeal packets, coffee (which I don't drink), tea and hot chocolate packets. The first room I was it looked as if someone had dismantled the smoke detector and when I tried to call the front desk the phone was not operational.
