Our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. One reason we booked this property during our stay was for the kitchenette. Everything that we asked for was provided in the way of kitchen supplies. We, however, were not aware that there was no oven, which caused us to have to alter our original dining plans but was still workable. Very nice staff member - Gayle - was incredibly nice & courteous. Very understanding that I'd had a long, really bad day & went out of her way to help. On the downside, the room was very dirty (the sheets downright gross), but there was a storm in NYC which sent everyone from the airport to hotels all over the city that night. I can imagine there was no time to check on the room to clean it, as every other place to stay nearby was sold-out.

It was extremely convenient for me. I had to attend a party shortly after work and the location was ideal. It saved me a lot of time. I would choose to stay again should a similar situation arise.
