Excellent service The front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me traveling to and from the airport.

空港に近い便利なホテル 空港に着くのは朝なので，一刻も早くホテルに着きたい。定時運行の無料シャトルがスキップしなければ，かなり効率よくホテルへ着く。禁煙室なら空いていることが多いらしく，チェックイン時間前に部屋へ入れるのもたいへんありがたい。かなり遅い時間までフロントで熱いコーヒーが飲めるのも嬉しい。フロントは時間帯や曜日によってかないｒ忙しいようだが，フレンドリーできちんと親身に対応してくれる人が多い。

Clean and inexpensive - you get what you pay for Low price, close to airport. Room was clean, though dated. A/C controls did not do anything and room was way too warm all night. Sheets are scratchy, cheap quality.

Shuttle The shuttle should be 24 hours... We didn't get a chance to see the night life in downtown Chicago cause the shuttle stopped at 10 pm

Excellent! There were only two things: 1. Not many television channels. 2. No ice machine; had to wait for ice to form in freezer which was a problem since I only stayed one night.
