Service at check in was not a good experience but the staff in the morning was so much more friendly and helpful. The room we got was smoke friendly and i was not aware of that before check in, I do not smoke so it was not a good experience as there was still cigarette ash in the bedroom

親切でよく動くドライバーさん 出発の前日，空港のチェックインカウンターを確認しておきたいとシャトルバスに乗った。航空会社を言うと，すぐに戻ってくるのなら，ここで待っててあげると言ってくれ，ホテルへ戻る途中，「ここにはレストランや食料品店がある」と教え，興味があれば途中でおろし，ピックアップもＯＫ」，そして翌日の便の時間を伝えると，では7時にホテルを出ようと約束してくれた。当日，「あなたはJAね！」と覚えていてくれた。

The only 2 things I had a problem with were housekeeping doesn't come in to clean until after you leave (I was have to go and take out my own trash), and every time I took a shower the hot water would turn to ice cold and then back if you waited long enough.
