長期出張者には良い スムーズな旅行の一助のため： ・無料送迎シャトルバス有り。到着後はNH12便がターミナル５到着→モノレール？でターミナル３駅へ移動→bus/shuttleという赤い文字の案内に従って地下経由で移動→ホテルに電話し迎えに来てもらう→バス乗り場のDoor3の前にシャトルバスが来る。電話は必須。電話番号はDoor3と4の間のデスクに一覧有り（HP上のものでもつながる）。シャトルバスは白地のバン、ホテル名と緑の五角形？のホテルのマークが入っている。 ・部屋に有った物：冷蔵庫（冷凍庫付き）、電子レンジ、コンロ、キッチン、机（1mx1.5m）、タンス、テレビ、クローゼット、アイロン、アイロン台、ハンガー、目覚まし時計、タオル、トイレ、バスタブ、洗面台、石鹸、シャンプー（小さい）、ドライヤー、無料wifi、コンセント。ドライヤーやハンガーは別のextended stay americaにはなかったので、必ず備え付けるポリシーでは無いのかもしれません。キッチン用具（皿とかフライパンとか）はオプションで付けられるようです。wifiは無料のままだと遅いです。高速化オプションがあるようです。 ・徒歩圏内にTargetというスーパー有り。

スタッフのムラとキッチンの掃除，wifiの速度が課題 親切なドライバーやフロントもいて，空港まで毎時シャトルがあり，近くのスーパーへも送迎付き，部屋も広く，バスタブもついて，マフィンやコーヒーが4時半から提供されてよい。しかし，「忙しくてもいらいらを見せないでほしい」と思うフロントの人もいる。チェックイン時，キチンの下の生ゴミが残り，キチンの回りや床はべたべた，レンジや冷蔵庫もチェックして拭いてほしい。

Other than a piece of dried lettuce on stove hood and molded pizza in a pizza box in the cabinet. It was a decent stay for a snowed in stuation.

suitable for my business purposes room was fine. 'Breakfast' such as it is, is pretty lame. Packets of oatmeal, some dried out pre-packaged muffins and coffee. Nothing to write home about. WiFi was so slow as to be pretty much useless. But it was FREE! Yay!

Service at check in was not a good experience but the staff in the morning was so much more friendly and helpful. The room we got was smoke friendly and i was not aware of that before check in, I do not smoke so it was not a good experience as there was still cigarette ash in the bedroom

親切でよく動くドライバーさん 出発の前日，空港のチェックインカウンターを確認しておきたいとシャトルバスに乗った。航空会社を言うと，すぐに戻ってくるのなら，ここで待っててあげると言ってくれ，ホテルへ戻る途中，「ここにはレストランや食料品店がある」と教え，興味があれば途中でおろし，ピックアップもＯＫ」，そして翌日の便の時間を伝えると，では7時にホテルを出ようと約束してくれた。当日，「あなたはJAね！」と覚えていてくれた。
