No heat no pillowcases The first room had no heat, the second room had a very pungent smell, the third room had no pillowcases and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft, that is after I had to go down the hall and fetch my own from the room with no heat. I had a crick in my neck for 3 days afterwards from such an uncomfortable bed in which I got little sleep. There were also hairs in the bathroom sink and tub something which grosses me out.

Beware of Bad Service This experience was horrible. It took us 30 min to check in because the front desk clerk claimed that the amount Hotels.com charged us did not match the amount of the room. The front desk clerk also claimed that our confirmation email didn't prove that we paid for the room. I had to call the Hotels.com 1-(800) number in order to get my room key. This is my first time booking with Hotel.com and probably my last.

It was ok, look around I didn't get the room I booked! Walked in and the room was freezing! No shampoo or conditioner!

The hotel was good for price and location, but no real hotel amenities. Breakfast was a cup of coffee and cereal bar. We had to exchange the towels ourselves, no daily room cleaning.

Rooms not clean Rooms were not clean and the girl staff were ok. Not much of breakfast choices.

Deluxe studio suite Poor excuse for a deluxe suite , room was a nice size that's about it besides the flat screen tv . Bed look like someone slept in it the night before , no bath condiments, no glassware to drink out of, Kitchenette look like something from the 70's and in poor condition. Room just barely passes for cleanliness in my oppion only. When you arrive the hotel has great curb appearance but declines rapidly as you walk the hall to your room. My stay was horrible, I paid for two days and one of the staff members checked me out. That was just ridiculous, I will never stay there again, didn't even get an apology.

Very unsatified with the stay. I questioned the upkeep of the hotel the entire time. The front desk rep was overworked.
