Upon checking in I had a great customer service experience. The young lady was very patient and checked me in quickly. Great customer service skills
If looking for only sleep, good, but not much more If you simply are looking for a place to sleep, for the price, it would do. Although, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, if you are looking for more comfort, this would probably not be the place for you. For starters, there are no bathrooms in the lobby area, so I would not advise putting off going to the bathroom until you get there. This franchise has been sold and as a result they no longer have free breakfast and all of the coffee makers were removed. Not too happy to not have coffee in the morning.
