Everything waa fine untill about 4am someone or somebodies pulled the fire alarm but over it was a cool stay

Ants in my room toilet was leaking just a little and customer service not what i expected.

What a WONDERFUL feeling when I stay at the Extended Stay in Westmont, IL!!! It is such a Delight when I check-in each time they greet me with a warm Friendly smile, as well as remembers my name. The staff are so Amazing. Thank you Catalina, Victoria, Lonnie, Michelle, Jalise, Emily, Alexis, and Everyone that is part of the staff that I did not name (due not knowing or remembering your name😊). They Truly are all like Family and been Super Supportive, Kind, and Awesome each stay. Stay Positive and keep up the Super Job!!
