Nice and clean. Our bed only had one night stand...would have been nice to have one for both of us to put our phones. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast included, but it couldn’t be found. They may not have offered it due to COVID-19, but it was never mentioned to us.

Disappointed We pre-booked and pre-paid for 2 deluxe suites with queen beds and pull out couch. When we arrived they didn't have them and said maybe it was over booked. They said they called my cell to inform me before we got there, which they did not. We checked my call log. They managed to find 1 suite and 1 small and 1 medium size room which required us splitting up childrens sleeping arrangements. They did not charge us for the extra room, which was good, but I wouldn't return to an Extended Stay in the future.

Best Hotel in Florence The room was really nice. Staff was very pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to help with any of our needs. They only thing was the kitchen cabinet and walls was dirty. Other than it is by far the cleanest and nices place around Northen Kentucky

Wouldn't stay again. For a convenience stay hotel the furnishings were non-existent. You received a sparse appointment of two plates, two cups, some flatware, one cooking utensil. When checking in we were told that this items would be brought up to us. We had brought lunch with us so we had to ask for two forks to eat our lunch. No dish towels.....it was the worse experience staying at a "suite" hotel. Employees not wearing masks, etc. You get what you pay for.

Nasty sheets!!!!! Staff was amazing we had a great stay until the end when i lifted the bed sheets to set by the door and the bed cover underneith were dirty like it never got changed dirt and whatever stains all over them can't believe I slept on them for three days.
