Family Vacation Overall everything went well, we had a very small problem when checking in. But after that everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was the worst thing. It would have been nice to have some fruit and other things. There was no hot chocolate as was advertised; my grandkids were disappointed about that. One other thing was, they knew how many we had coming for each room, but we had to ask for sheets for the pull out beds and didn't have near enough towels. i love the full kitchen. staff was super friendly. very clean hotel

The bed was hard, sheets/towels were scratchy and staff was not present when I attempted to check out. It was clean, but if your comparing to other options spend an extra $20 and go to one of the surrounding hotels where you’d get breakfast and access to ice machines.

The location is great. In a good neighborhood. Kind of musty when you walk in. Decor needs an update. Not bad. It "gets the job done" as my grandmother would say.

Had to ask for dishes, coffee maker and other items. They should have asked what we needed at check in.
