Room was clean but very plain and generic. Felt.more like an extended stay than a suite. No soap in the room. Took over 30 minutes to find someone to check me in after hours, even tjoigh i called in advance. Smoke alarm was going off for the entire time i was waiting. Had to call the after hours number 3 times and tjey hd to call the general manager before someone finally showed up. Then turns out they put the wrong name down so i could never get my wifi to work. Mostly Pleasant There was no one to check us in at first. We had to dial 500 on the phone to get some one there. When he finally arrived it took about 10-15 minutes to check in. He said he was having problems with a new computer system. The room was great; I especially liked the kitchenette. We brought hamburger and a skillet to make dinner. Unfortunately, the maid did not clean out the refridgerator, however, as there was a quarter of a gallon of milk and some BBQ sauce and Ranch dressing sauce left in it. For the cost it was ok, but it was outdated and the air in the hall on the 5th floor didn't work. The ice machine on the 5th floor was dirty, rusty and also outdated.
