There was no electricity. There was no water. The first floor flooded and the ceiling caved in and no one knew what was going on. Chaos.
i was charged for the rooms again
Horrible The room was dirty. We didnt even shower the next day. Bathroom was disgusting. There was no one at the desk. We got in late early morning and were too tired to move locations
I wasn’t able to check in and I was still charged
Property was great. Only complaint is that I paid for the room through Expedia, then had to pay again at the property!!
