When checking in the staff was excellent, very helpful. Going into the hall the building had a weird smell but not too bad. My room was clean and neat, the bed was very uncomfortable. Check out day I went to the lobby around 1015am and the window was closed and myself and another lady was waiting to check, we waited for awhile because the employees was having a full conversation in the back so the lady banged on the window and tbey finally opened up so we could check out

Great Value Great value. Very clean. Dorm like atmosphere. Not my normal choice for accommodations, but a great option for a clean sleep and go.

Was there for a quick overnight stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Only issue was the beds were a little squeaky.

Never stay below unruly people We had a problem with another hotel guest. It was disappointing that we could not get a hold of anyone unless there was a maintenance emergency or lost a key card to our room. Maybe they should look into having someone at desk 24/7 to help guests with problems other than emergencies. We will stay again but will make sure we are on 3rd floor.

BEDDING The bed was okay until I pulled the covers back in it was a dried up blood stain in the covers
