Check in area smelled like old dog feces attempted to be covered by cleaner. Tops of shower in room was filthy awoth some kind of medicine dropped on ledge. Terra at check in was pleasant and personable Friday night. Gentlemen who was working cleaning the following morning was helpful when the front desk person was gone and not answering the phone.

A suite with stove top, microwave and fridge, but absolutely no pots, pans, silverware, glasses, nothing. Also no toiletries at all. Had to go out and buy toothpaste, shampoo and soap. Only thing there was a tiny bar of soap at the sink. It was clean and beds were comfy.

About the amenities, we have a ‘Simple’ philosophy to help us keep our rates affordable --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like more frequent cleaning, cookware, a coffeemaker). It sounds like you did not expect our non-traditional amenities and we're so sorry we disappointed you with that part of your stay.

Clean hotel with friendly staff BUT the worst towels and wash cloths I have ever seen at hotels and even seedy motels during my 40+ years traveling the world. Buy some NEW TOWELS. Overall the bed and pillows are OK and everything is clean. Also - the water pressure at our facilty was very low and not making for a great shower experience.
