Every hallway smells like someone is smoking cigarettes very disappointed

Terribly horribly no good Horrible terrible no good. The bed completely wrecked my back. They charged my card 6! times. The walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear everything going on in the other rooms. They don't provide towels! But they are available at an additional charge! There is a microwave and a stove but any pans, dishes, etc has to be rented.

Room was clean. Positives end there. This place is a long term residence for people, not a hotel. As the clerk told me when I checked in, "most people live here". Travelocity should be embarrassed to even have this place on their site. Listed with 2 queen beds. Had 2 of the worst doubles I've ever slept on. No box or base, just a fence like frame that offered no support. We had to walk through the groups outside smoking to get in to the building...every single time. Disgusting place. Horrible place. Not even soap in the bathroom. Towels were damp. Flies were in there flying around. Disgusting.
