Extended Stay Service should be out of business. I paid 125 for one night. My experience to say the least was less than pleasing. First I asked for extra towels and pillows. As we only were given 2 pillows for the 2 of us. When I asked for extra pillows they told me they didn't have any. I've traveled a lot and I've never had this happen. Also the fan in bathroom didn't work let alone it was dirty and had not been cleaned ever. The bed was awful. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor.

The property was not what I expected. The entire facility smelled of marijuana and was generally dirty with flies everywhere.

Most uncomfortable beds ive ever slept in, no wash clothes or towels, no coffee or coffee pot to make coffee. Will never stay there again. I check out after one day and no refund or attempt to make me happy

NIGHTMARE OF A STAY! To say this hotel is family friendly is insane! We were ready to leave 15min after arriving but the other hotels remotely close to our outing was already booked solid. This hotel wouldnt even rate a 2 star for a couple let alone a family with kids. Mostly extended stay contractors working in the area partying all night ( in every respect of the word) and i mean every! Location was only good thing. Near dining, entertainment and highway. We booked a room that sleeps 4. We were 3 people and they only gave us 2 towels. Would not give us another. Front desk closes and “24 hr” is via phone only.

Abysmal! We stayed because it was pet friendly and close to where we needed to be. The place smells. The room smelled smokey. This is a place I'd envision myself if I were on hard times. There were people walking loudly and slamming doors at 12am which kept our dogs awake and barking. We ended up checking out the same night we checked in. No front office staff. I'll never be back.
