Room were not clean We booked for 2 days and after one day they deactivated our keys. Also we got help after an hour of calling. Staff attitude was too rude.

Bed was very uncomfortable

Check in was easy. Our bed was very squeaky. No one is available at the front desk at night to answer the phone or help. People on our floor was loud all night long in the hallway and the person next to us were slamming stuff all night long. The police were there over an issue on the 1st floor. I wasted money to not relax and get a good night sleep. I'm very upset and disappointed

Smelled horribly like smoke and had burn marks from cigarettes all over the bath tub . We checked out after 10 minutes of being there . Completely disgusted.

Worst hotel stay in my life The bed was the most uncomfortable bee I have ever tried to sleep in. The walls were so thin we heard when anyone up and down the hall shut their door or walked down the hallway. Definitely will not be using this hotel again.

The room i stayed in had an over powering smell of aftershave. I opened the window to try and air it out with minor success. The air/heat unit was loud so before morning I got up and turned it off only to find the front cover of the unit had fallen open and I could not make it stay closed.

First of all, this is a non smoking facility...or so we thought. We took the stairs to our room...and as soon as we opened the door we had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to our room. Then directly across the hall from us.. the smoke coming from that room was so bad we had to put towels under our door...to try and block the smell from coming into our room.
