The check in was terrible poor and I do understand it was late but i never had that problem anywhere else

Recently made a reservation at this property due to it's location and excellent price; however, never even had a chance to stay there. Was notified on day of check in that our check in time had to be pushed back due to the room not being available yet and to come back in 2 hours. Fair enough. Shitty hotel! Don't book at all! We got there at 10pm, and reception window was closed and shot right. There was a sign says to call 500 for check in assistance using the phone on the wall. Tried calling a few times, no answer. We turned around, got back in the car and called Hotels.com. Spoke to rep on the phone for cancellation and got full refund back! No time to play around, exhausted from driving all day!

Horrible Service-DO not stay Here Poor system at check-in. had to dial a number from a locked small reception hallway. Reception desk closed. waited 5 minutes for attended to come. She was half asleep- not friendly, slumped over at computer the entire time. tells me at (June 18, 2019) 11:15pm the system is showing a NO SHOW even though she says I have until Midnight to show up. We went to check in at 12:15 and after 45 minutes of standing in line, they told us because we checked in after midnight it kicked our reservation out of the system and they did not have a room for us anymore. So we had to drive around at 1 in the morning with our almost 2 year old looking for a hotel to stay in. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
