The property is very run down, dirty and extremely noisy. First off we had checked in at 1am. We called a few days prior to let them know that and we were told that is perfectly fine and someone would be there to answer the phone. When we finally got inside the lady at the desk stated "your reservation may not be here since you got here so late" not the best thing to say when it is 1am and you have a young child with you. Housekeeping was very terrible. No towels in room. Dirty washcloths left on the shower curtain from previous guests.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to Hotel was absolutely disgusting. We got up to our room and it was filthy. We didn’t stay longer than 10 minutes before we checked out

Worse hotel I have EVER STAYED IN there were cockroaches int the bathtub it was nasty I left the same day don’t recommend not safe for kids

Got there after weedy torn up road. Inside we were informed the pet friendly hotel had large charge. She did wave that. Then told after asking where it was, the elevator was out and we had been put on the 4th floor. We are 68 years old!! Four trips later, room was not in great condition but clean. Neighbors partied until 1:30 am. They were up at 6:00 am. If there was a fire, there will be many killed from stampede from amt and location of outside doors.
