ridiculous hair in bed that was made.. had prebooked hotel room two days in advance for a NON smoking room and we HAD to take a smoking room that smelt horrible!! floors were nasty and could hear what was going on in room next to, below and above us!!

I payed all that money excepting to have a clean room was not sweeped or or mopped dog hairs and human hairs all over the place

Terrible hotel The heater was broken and the bathroom sink did not drain very well. The hotel does not have staff schedule for the front desk until 9 am. The mattress was not thin but did not provide any support. The mattress may have been foam, but I did not look. The front desk staff refunded my stay and he was great; except when he was a bit sarcastic and stated incorrect information about my personal information.

Perfect place to park your shopping cart Don't come here expecting things a normal hotel would have. For example, you get a 1" long bar of soap 1/8" thick to last for your entire stay. The property is mainly inhabited by bums, derelicts, deadbeats, vagrants, tramps, transients, vagabonds, hobos, beggars, and panhandlers. Expect to find your car covered with rubbish, broken bottles, vomit, etc., in the morning.

Not a hotel This is a short term apartment. No lobby, amenities or courtesies. Bass music and pot - section 8 housing would be the best description. Room was clean - no courtesies except a postage stamp sized piece of hand soap. NOT A HOTEL! Expedia should remove this place from its list!!!

Worst experience of my life. Didn’t feel comfortable staying all night very scary! And this is not a smoke free hotel they tell you that but it’s not the smoke was like clouds in the hall way and it was miserable being in the room as a non smoker! Worst experience of staying in a hotel I’ve ever had!

This place sucks Room wasn't very clean, bed was in poor shape, bathroom wasn't clean. Overall condition of the facility was poor. And way too noisy. 2 different domestic arguments in hallways, including police. I should have just slept in my car.

Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. No sheets on the bed. Two dirty blankets rolled up and thrown in the corner. No towels in the bathroom. slight odor in the room.
