Disappointed guest!!! Very unsafe location and the room stank and very thin walls, tried to request refund or transfer but you would not allow, very disappointed with hotel.com, got no rest!! Shame on you

We are so sorry that a room was not available and for the great inconvenience this caused.
The ad did not say this is NOT a full service motel. Room was big and clean, but no coffee pot, no shampoo, no hair dryer. If you want extra towels you have to pay for them. No lights on the night stand. No breakfast in the morning. No lobby, you have to have a room key to get past the tiny check in desk. Elevator was really dirty. Will not stay there again.

I did not feel safe, there were pan handlers within 150' of the property. It was dirty absolutely no ammenities. I stayed for about an hour working then left and checked into another property. This property should never be recommended.

When we checked in the receptionist was very friendly and polite, but when got to our room there were towels in the bathroom floor and the beds were not made. We knew that the room wasn’t prepared for the next guests. We went back to the receptionist and informed her, she gave us another room quickly, apologized and explained to us that there is no room service, but if we wanted to bring the towels down to her they would exchange them for free. Ugly Hotel Not so good !

May not provide value for the cost Pets are allowed, so hearing dogs barking at night is a real possibility. The hotel has few to no amenities (no lobby, no coffee, no iron/board in the room). The room was not well cleaned.
