Smelly and broken Place smelled like smoke. I couldn’t even sleep on the bed which was broken. I left and went to another hotel

Weekly Stay Hotel That Doesn't Meet Minimum Expect I was definitely disappointed about my stay. I only stayed there as it was the closest available hotel to where I had to work at. The elevator smelled like wet dog. The walls in the hallway looked like the "wallpaper" was coming up. A number of the doors had groves/scratches that went across the doors. Dogs were allowed to back at all hours of the day that would wake me up. There was even a person who got arrested in the room across from me. I had complained about my toilet ... read more

The staff is rude until you stay offender a week. They do not explain that the internet only allows for you to connect one device. This device is recognize by the system and you won't be allowed to remove it to use another device. I have also reported animal urine and fecal in the stairwells to the office several times and it is not cleaned in a timely manner or if at all. No change machine for the laundry room that is onsite. Vending machines only take quarters.

Crap company! Canceled my reservation before I even got there and refused my business!!

It was a very clean room. No pots or pans or silverware. No hair dryer. No shampoo.

We are delighted that you appreciated our super clean rooms but so sorry that you were not aware of our unique amenities - that guests choose only those services and amenities that they want to include in their rate. Many guests appreciate being able to bring their own cookware and dishes but others purchase locally or we have sets available for purchase at the Front Desk. Waited to long to check in. Sink would not drain. Shower head sprayed out of the curtain.

Don’t waste your money Basic items in room when you get here. Staff is rude. Housekeeping just walks in without knocking even if you are in the room.
