Won't stay at a WoodSpring Suites hotel again. While I err on the side of being positive in my reviews, I have to be honest. My experience at this hotel was not good. To be fair, there were some positives: It was within 5 miles of the airport. The guests (and all of their dogs) were friendly. Appreciated that. Shower worked well and the water was hot. The front desk guy was polite and earnest (though very poorly trained...it took about 35-40 minutes to check in three people). My room had a fridge and small stove top which wo... read more

Didn’t like hotel WiFi was non existence parking was sparse. The bed was the worse I’ve slept in. The bed seem to be a cot with full size mattress.

Waisted money It feels more like a dormitory then it did a motel. There was no staff anywhere. Front desk was closed the whole time we was there. They give you 3 towels to shower with and one was for the floor to dry your feet off. The elevator was gross, every time we got in it, it had a different smell. The bed was uncomfortable, I had to make sure it wasn’t an air mattress.

No desk clerk in office. Smelled like smoke throughout the hotel. Dirty. No carpet in rooms.

Yuck Many of the other guests appeared to be fresh out of prison. Everything you would expect to be included is an extra charge. For instance $30 for a coffee pot. Pillows were flat and drooled stained. The elevator is crudely painted on the inside. To get service at the front desk, for instance, to get toilet paper, you have to call and wait for a clerk to come down. All in all Motel 6 would probably have been more comfortable, less expensive and less dangerous.

This property seem more of an extended stay and not for the traveler or out of town worker, noisy, uncomfortable.

Casino ashtray Where to begin. When I checked in, I was told there were NO non-smoking rooms available. I had booked one online through Hotels.com com a couple of months in advance. So all they had was a ozoned smoking room on a smoking floor that literally smelled like a casino ashtray. I had to hold my breath everytime I entered the hallway.
