No desk clerk in office. Smelled like smoke throughout the hotel. Dirty. No carpet in rooms.

Yuck Many of the other guests appeared to be fresh out of prison. Everything you would expect to be included is an extra charge. For instance $30 for a coffee pot. Pillows were flat and drooled stained. The elevator is crudely painted on the inside. To get service at the front desk, for instance, to get toilet paper, you have to call and wait for a clerk to come down. All in all Motel 6 would probably have been more comfortable, less expensive and less dangerous.

This property seem more of an extended stay and not for the traveler or out of town worker, noisy, uncomfortable.

Casino ashtray Where to begin. When I checked in, I was told there were NO non-smoking rooms available. I had booked one online through Hotels.com com a couple of months in advance. So all they had was a ozoned smoking room on a smoking floor that literally smelled like a casino ashtray. I had to hold my breath everytime I entered the hallway. Trust the Reviews, Save your Money! The hotel is not in a great part of town, the elevator and hallways reeked of smoke, the walls were paper thin and I could hear the man next to us talk on his phone and the dogs barking down the hall at every single person that passed. You could also hear every conversation of the people outside below us talking and smoking. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and made noise at the smallest movement. Truly a dump. No toiletries in bathroom (not even soap). Stench from animal urine.
