Dont stay-Dirty-long check in-untrustworthy Got there to check in, waited 40 minutes as no one was there. Sign in window said bathroom break, be back in a moment. We watched young man park, get out of his car he was rhe late worker. 1st shift must of left building before relief showed up. He asked us hiw are you, i said we have been waiting 40 minutes to be checked in after a long business day, and he laughed. I’ve stayed at this location frequently but it was not up to par. The hotel room was not very clean. The refrigerator was loud! Very loud! I saw several roaches.

Nice big room, it was quiet. Smelled like smoke upon entering. Kitchen could use an update; stovetop knob was glued on incorrectly so the off position was at the three setting. Minor marks on the single chair.

Your desk staff on checkin was a fill in from another property. She was outstanding. Over all conditions were sad. Needs complete overhaul of rooms and halls. Breakfast bar was lame. A toaster and various breads and breakfast rolls and fruit would be good. No juices either. No cold cereal. Cranola bars ,coffee and oatmeal was offered. Also biggest peeve was smokers, hallway smelled of tobacco use strongly on 3rd floor all night.

In these Covid Times, this Extended Stay tried to keep clients safe and comfortable. Nice try. Our room was clean; the bed was comfortable; the front desk staff was very accommodating. Upon further inspection, the hairdryer was missing; no kitchen appliances; no dish liquid; no disposable cups, no pots or pans for cooking. Front desk unable to add two nights for my stay. I had to call 800# Toilet not clean Shower rod falling off Nasty goo spots in rug Sticky kitchen floor No paper towels for cleaning up after cooking No cookware or utensils in cabinet or drawer and none offered.
