Room smelled heavily like smoke. Sheets smelled unclean. The property was unkept.

It took three tries to get a decent room. The first room smelled of smoke. The second one had dirty sheets and the lock didn’t work properly. However, the final room was updated and clean. It was after 9 pm when I arrived from the airport. Otherwise, I would have left. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind.

Roaches/bedbugs in bed. Sink faucet was not secured. Stains on bed sheets. Paper thin walls/ceilings.

Pretty bad Smells like cigarettes and fried food. It’s loud all night long. People are stomping all night and slamming their doors. Kids running in the hall ways until midnight. The desk attendant that we had to call to check us in was nice and the guy who checked me out in the AM was quick and efficient. We had no towels or soap in our room and we called for them but couldn’t not get any because there was no staff on.

Bedsheets were full with long, black hair, none of the amenities promised with the room were present. No coffee pot no iron no hairdryer. Bed set up for the hide a bed was absent. No grab and go Breakfast was available. Very difficult to contact staff.

Terrible room amenities! They only provide two bath towers and two wash clothes (no hand towel!!) for two people for weekly stay! If you need new towel, you need to pay. There's full kitchen, but no dinnerware or cookware. You have to buy plates, bowls, silverware for $20 and a few pieces of cookware for $60 if you want to cook and eat in the room! Worst of all, they don't even provide iron and ironing board!!! If you're a traveler, stay away from this place!
