They allowed me to book then no one came to the front desk I had to call customer service. Just to be switched to separate location then have to drive there which was inconvenient more so because I Ubered from the airport so I had to Uber there which was more money I had to pay.

I've stayed in numerous extended stays all-over the country. This one was horrible. Room not very clean. Old furniture and carpet. Door wouldnt completely lock. I waited 20 min to be checked in because no one was at the desk. Hotel is severly understaffed. Hallway smelled like weed.

Check in took WAY too long. The clerk was trying to change someone else's room, but kept locking herself out. The hotel needs updates. I'm not happy with my stay- when I finally got in my room, I had to go back to the front desk because there was no soap or hand towels left in my room. That's only 1 of the reasons I'm displeased. I plan on sending the property an email.

DILAPIDATED, FILTHY, DECREPIT & DIRTY This was not an experience, it was a nightmare. To begin the hotel had its entrance door locked. I had to wait between the outside and the door to enter the lobby for 15 minutes. Affixed-to-wall was a dirty, greasy landline phone that I had to call management to unlock the door; the manager came in pajamas and a head scarf (how unprofessional). The Front Desk staff (WHEN THEY WERE THERE) was friendly, Desk staf are NOT there 10pm to 10am. There was a Fire Alarm (false alarm thank God) about 11:45pm. THEN the couple in the room next to ours ( we were in Room 231) had a HUGE VERY LOUD fight about 2am for over an hour. We were frightened and very upxet. It was just the WORST - THE WORST - stay ever in more than 30 years of travelling. I will NEVER, NEVER stay in another Extended Stay anywhere - ANY WHERE.

Dog poop all around the property especially in the back. Rooms are not cleaned and replenished as they should be and the of dog urine hits you in the face in some units.
