Smokers Hotel Shabby room, no conditioner, no utensils, sticky everywhere. Non-Smoking? BS. I woke up at 2am by smell of the cigarettes from adjacent room. No attendand overnight to call.

Check your Sheets!!! They may not be clean!! When we got there, they said they didn't have the room available that I booked, but would give me 2 rooms for the same price I paid. This was fine and actually worked out. However, the sheets in one of the rooms was never changed and there was blood all over the sheets and pillow cases. There were no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed, and the air conditioning did not work. Housekeeping did not even enter one of the rooms to straighten up or to give clean towels. The front desk staff were wonderful; however I didn't sleep much as other guests were loud until the wee hours both nights and on the second night, I was awakened to 2 drunk women fighting in the parking lot under my window. I won't be staying here again.

Check in was Ok. The girl at the desk seemed tired as it was a busy check in day. The room was not bad, but not great either. It seemed in dire need of some TLC. There was a crack in the tub, a hole in the bathroom wall, the A/C barely worked (it was old). I thought something looked strange about the room then noticed that someone turned the lamp shade upside down and apparently no one on staff noticed it. Horrible attitude of the staff !! I travel a lot and have been in many hotels all kinds and levels. I honestly can say I have NEVER had met an employee with attitude that horrible like the woman who serve there - while I stayed at that place for TWO nights Based on that experience, I will never go back to your hotel, regardless the state or city.

Uncomfortable I arrived late, person at front desk had no idea on what to do. Room was ok, but no linen for sofa bed left. So I slept on bed with my children. Flipping channels with my girls besides me, there was porn on tv!!!! Breakfast was granola bars and muffins, coffee or tea. I should have known, when I read the other reviews. Will never stay here again.

IF ITS YOUR LAST OPTION JUST PRAY Lets start with the broken entrance door. If I was handicapped I would have had a issue getting in the entrance of the building as the handicap assistant button was tapped up and unable to be used. The lobby was dark and dreary despite the paint job. Very lack luster i appearance the photos online are LIARS.
