It was one of the worst experiences we have had. After we left there we stayed at another hotel which cost the same and was a thousand times better. We will never stay at another extended stay America again.

Below expectation No room service. Always need to go to front desk for any need. After 11 pm, front desk close and no staff is there to help. Night staff is very rude. Breakfast should not to be said to breakfast. Even no milk for tea. Low quality soap and other supplies being provided. Wierd smell every where. Bed mattress old and imbalance. Smokers Hotel Shabby room, no conditioner, no utensils, sticky everywhere. Non-Smoking? BS. I woke up at 2am by smell of the cigarettes from adjacent room. No attendand overnight to call.

Check your Sheets!!! They may not be clean!! When we got there, they said they didn't have the room available that I booked, but would give me 2 rooms for the same price I paid. This was fine and actually worked out. However, the sheets in one of the rooms was never changed and there was blood all over the sheets and pillow cases. The front desk staff were wonderful; however I didn't sleep much as other guests were loud until the wee hours both nights and on the second night, I was awakened to 2 drunk women fighting in the parking lot under my window. I won't be staying here again.

Check in was Ok. The girl at the desk seemed tired as it was a busy check in day. The room was not bad, but not great either. It seemed in dire need of some TLC. There was a crack in the tub, a hole in the bathroom wall, the A/C barely worked (it was old). Horrible attitude of the staff !! I travel a lot and have been in many hotels all kinds and levels. I honestly can say I have NEVER had met an employee with attitude that horrible like the woman who serve there - while I stayed at that place for TWO nights Based on that experience, I will never go back to your hotel, regardless the state or city.
