Fees for clean towels and cookware??? The room itself was fine but NEVER in my life have I booked an extended stay that sold the cookware that should come with the booking. In addition, i booked for a week and when I asked for clean towrls, I was told there's a charge for that, too

You get what you pay for Granted, this experience was in the aftermath of a really bad storm, our experience was less than ideal after all the stress we already endured. The room was muggy. There were some mini roach sightings -- leaving us feeling uneasy and dirty. The elevator wasn't always working; that was unnerving. Again, we had just been through 3 days of no electricity in summer so we were grateful for some relief but we did also wish picked another hotel
