Horrible experience- do not stay here Prepaid for a non smoking room. Arrived at 7pm to be told there were no rooms and we needed to get a refund from Hotels.com. They finally found us a room and said it would be ready in 1 hour. Told us to leave and they would call when the room was ready. 9pm still no call so returned to hotel. Booked this room over a month ago, went to check in and they told us they were full, slammed the door on our face, and did not offer to compensate us. Absolutely rude and would not recommend.

I have been double charged. The staff ignored my Travelocity reservation and charged my credit card.

I reserved a non-smoking room and was put on the "smoking floor". I did everything I could to keep that stink out: window open 24/7, I bought a VERY scented candle and burned it all day everyday, I sprayed my favorite room spray, I even wet a towel and put it against the crack of the door but it was useless. I just got home and the pillows I brought with me will both have to be replaced. Dust everywhere. Toilets not cleaned well. Overpowering odor of smoke. Yellow walls in bathroom. Chipoed paint on walls near lobby. Very disappointing. Had requested a non smoking room. Will never recommend or stay at this hotel ever again.

Vile smell throughout hotel from lobby to rooms. The room reeked of a combination of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Beds had used sheets on them. Walls in the bathroom were filthy. Terrible experience.
