I booked with Orbitz and paid for a non smoking room upon check in the only rooms available were smoking rooms. I was told they would not smell very much, Not true all the smoke from the other rooms filters in. Next they have a ton of cockroaches bed bugs and uncleaned bath tub.

Filthy, unsafe place. DO NOT STAY THERE! The whole hotel smelled of smoke and rancid garbage, including our room. The bathroom floor was disgusting - bugs crawling around. It is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Everything about this place was horrible. I paid for a clean, well-maintained room not a dump with a futon. The futon (bed) was literally the most uncomfortable and uneven bed ever. The place was super filthy and believe me if I won't have paid in advance I would've left that place in a heart beat,

Check-in personnel was very very polite and professional. However, elevator was absolutely saturated with cigarette and marijuana smell. Door for room was flimsy

Wasn’t able to take a bath due to knob not going down stuck on shower mode

So arrive At hotel early and checked in a smoking room and the room was dirty never clean the kitchen didn’t work fridge or r microwave didn’t work and was dirty lights was out blinds was torn down and when I went back downstairs and tell the staff she tell me there’s nothing that I can do because this is a work order that she knew about it I travel from Houston Texas for a trip for my boyfriend and this was the worst experience of my life I would never recommend anyone staying here everything that you see online is not true... read more
