Fighting in the hall way with police called out; room filthy, you have to PAY for a bath towel?! Do NOT stay at this hotel. Horrible place for someone that is moving for their job and need a room/kitchen waiting to close on their new home!

This was the worst experience. We booked after seeing the photos on Expedia. Inside it was horrible. Nothing even close to what they had posted. We took photos and will be contacting Expedia for a full refund--there is a truth in advertising law that comes into play here. Expedia should not list this property as it reflects poorly on Expedia.

Nothing, it was terrible. I’m STILL waiting for a refund on the day I didn’t stay because of the terrible bed, hair in the microwave, half eaten food in the elevator, dog hair in the elevator. The manager STILL after a week hasn’t returned any calls.

The front office is closed at night so there was no way to get more towels. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. There was one tenny bar of soap, NO hair dryer and no shampoo & conditioner. The sheets did appear to be clean although the place had an overall uncleanliness to it.

Overall stay terrible The stay was just for one night an it was horrible the beds were to small an very uncomfortable an noisy squeaked every time we moved. Room wasnt cleaned very well.

Expedia let me book this hotel. Showed up in a blizzard and it was closed. Had to sleep in my car in 4 degrees. Not happy at all.
