Crappy Full bed instead of a KING The room was suppose to be a KING bed, but it was a rickety double bed that was too small for the space and incredibly creaky. There was two of us in it so it was crowded. I rolled out of it once while sleeping.

Not worth $99/night When I showed up to check in around 11pm, there was nobody at the front desk, it was closed. I had to call and wait for someone to arrive. The towels in the bathroom had dirty spots on them and the next day when I needed to take a shower and needed fresh towels and wash clothes, they “ran out” of wash clothes!! I was absolutely NOT satisfied with my stay. There was no coffee available anywhere in the hotel, as a matter of fact, there wasn’t a lobby!!

Terrible. Inconsiderate! Refused to give me a room I paid for. Ian didn’t come to the front desk for 26 minutes from 2:01-2:27am! Had us waiting 26 minutes and never apologized or had compassion that he had us waiting so long. He put us out in the middle of the night. Refused to give me a room I paid for because my husband whistled to try and get us some service.

Nothing was unique about this property. I was just there due to hardship and this property offered the amenities I needed for me and my child. The stove didn't work and they nickle and dime for everything.

What I personally didn’t like was the fact that when I arrived I was charged an additional $30 dollars for no reason. I booked my stay roughly a week in advance and paid online. Upon arriving I was told a card was just “ needed on file “ which I expected, but I did not expect a $30 charge for nothing.

I liked that the property was cleaned but what I didn't like was they nickel and dime guest for everything.

Many guests really like the privacy that comes with limited amenities.
